ABOUT Parties at SAGA
Birthday parties typically last about two hours, with time split between playing in the gym and spending time in the lobby with food, cake, and gifts! Our parties are perfect for groups of experienced gymnasts as well as those with no gymnastics experience whatsoever! Parents are welcome to stay and watch their children have fun, but parents are not allowed on the gym equipment.
You can choose to have instructed gym time or free play where your kids can show off their skills! Just let us know in advance what kind of activities you would like to have at your party. Kids can have fun in our foam pits, tumble track, and more! All activities are supervised by our amazing coaches and staff!
You can arrive up to 30-minutes before the start of your party to bring decorations, food, etc. Our staff will assist with set up, serving, and clean up!
As the party time comes to an end, our staff will let party goers know to get in their last few minutes of fun! Keep in mind that time flies when you’re having fun, so two hours can go by in a flash!
Please note, children will need to dress in comfortable clothing appropriate for physical movement to prevent possible injuries. All party participants are required to sign a waiver and release form before partaking in any activities at the gym. It will be available to sign upon arrival at the gym. ADULTS/PARENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED on any equipment in gym, including foam pits.
