JO Competitive Diving
PDA was established in 1997 and has a long history of creating high level champions!
Diving is the only sport that requires a head-first entry, which is unnatural for most. Which is why diving takes repetition and consistency to see the best growth. Our World Class Dryland Facility is the secret to great progress in a short amount of time. Diving is also an artistic sport, and the small details matter.
We know that many children are involved in several different after school activities, so we have redesigned our program to allow for trying out and participating in other sports and activities throughout the year!

JO Competitive Diving Team
Our JO Diving program is a competitive age group program. Divers follow USA Diving's age groups.
Participation in competitions is mandatory. Members of the JO Competitive team will attend both regional and national competitions.
JO Competitive Team is a year-long commitment from August 1st – July 31st
