Beginning Tumble

Our exclusive curriculum is designed to focus on building a strong foundation in beginner-level tumbling skills, such as handstands, cartwheels, and walkovers. These fundamental movements are the building blocks for more advanced tumbling, and our drills are carefully structured to ensure students develop the strength, control, and technique needed to excel.

In addition to these core skills, our lesson plans feature fitness-focused return stations that target strength, endurance, agility, balance, and coordination, all of which are essential for mastering beginner tumbling. To make learning both effective and fun, students have the chance to practice on a wide range of equipment, including the spring floor, foam pit, trampolines, and specialized mats. This allows them to safely explore and enhance their tumbling abilities.

Throughout the year, students are evaluated on their progress, and once they have mastered all the skills on their list, they are ready to move on to the next level. Our approach ensures that each student builds a solid foundation in tumbling, while fostering confidence and excitement for more advanced skills.
