Beginning Diving
If your child loves jumping, flipping, rollercoasters, and water, then Diving is the sport for them!
Beginning Diving offers students an introduction to the sport of diving! Students will have 1 hour of dryland practice at our gym, working on strength, conditioning, and diving simulation, and 1 hour of water practice at the Cerritos Olympic Swim Center, with a 30-minute break in between.
Please note: Water practice is NOT a swimming lesson. Students will be diving into the pool, so it is important that children already know how to swim. Anyone who knows how to swim, can learn to dive!
